• Once approved, the project scope is considered final (Scope Freeze)
• Additional requests outside the scope will require additional fees
• Dominion Digital Solutions determines scope boundaries

Clients must provide all required content within agreed timelines.

• Failure to submit materials may result in project delays
• Extended delays may require project rescheduling or additional fees

Before a website or system goes live:

​

• Clients will be given the opportunity to review the final build
• Written approval (email or documented confirmation) is required
• Once approved, the project is considered complete

Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

• Deposits may be required before work begins
• Remaining balances follow agreed milestones
• Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Due to the custom nature of services:

• All payments are non-refundable once work has started

• A minimum 30-day written notice is required for ongoing services
• Early termination may require a buyout fee

• We are not liable for third-party issues, outages, or changes

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing correct access credentials
• Maintaining ownership of domains, hosting, and accounts

Dominion Digital Solutions is not liable for issues caused by lost access, mismanagement, or third-party restrictions.

Unless included in a service plan:

• Ongoing updates, edits, or maintenance are not included
• Additional work will be billed separately

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
